Dr. Sandeep Guleria is a highly qualified transplant surgeon with 33 years of experience. He specializes in kidney transplants, vascular access surgery, dialysis, peritoneal dialysis surgery, percutaneous renal biopsies, and renal transplant surgery. He led his team in performing the first two kidney-pancreas transplants in India. He also pioneered Cadaveric Renal Transplantation in New Delhi.

Furthermore, he developed the Pediatric Transplant Unit at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences and initiated the Laparoscopic Donor Nephrectomy program there. He also introduced the “Donor Card” in New Delhi.
