Eyelid Surgery Procedure
Step1 – Anesthesia: General anesthesia is given to the patient.
Step 2 – Incision: An incision line is designed so the resultant scars will be well concealed. The upper eyelid uses an incision within the natural crease on the eyelid to remove the excess skin and fat.
Lower eyelid is corrected with an incision just below the lower lash line, to remove excess skin in the lower eyelid.
Step 3- Closing: Close the incision with sutures and staples.
